Voucher purchase terms:
1. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, except for Easter, the Christmas and New Year's Eve period and long weekends.
2. The voucher is redeemed under the terms and conditions applicable to the sale of a given type of service, according to the prices and terms and conditions applicable at the time of booking.
3. The voucher may be used by the person purchasing it or the person for whom the voucher was purchased, who is a guest of Aparthotel Cristina.
4. If the value of the service is lower than the funds remaining to be used within the voucher, the holder is not entitled to a refund of the unused amount.
5. The voucher cannot be exchanged in whole or in part for a cash equivalent.
6. After the expiry date, the voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other benefits.
7. The voucher must be used once.
8. The holder of the voucher is obliged to contact the reception to arrange a date for its use.
